LEISURE AND GAMING UPDATE
(677) (11-October-2006)
Operational companies will continue to serve US market
The CEO of the Leisure and Gaming group, Alistair Assheton has confirmed
the position of his group as reported earlier today in InfoPowa bulletins,
but says that the intent is very much for the English Harbour subsidiary
group to continue outside the L&G umbrella as well.
"We are very much intending to separate the businesses, and have
L&G continue outside the US market, while the rest [of the companies]
are divested to a private entity.
"We anticipate disruption to players and partners to be minimal,
and as soon as we can say more we will make public announcements," he
said.
